Acquisition Criteria:

  • Erie City between 20th and 38th from Liberty to Pittsburgh or 26th to 38th from Chestnut to Liberty


    OR

    Fairview Township,
    Millcreek Township,
    Harborcreek Township
  • Between $40,000 and $150,000
  • 2-5 Bedrooms
  • More than 1100 sq ft


Faulcon Holdings is interested in acquiring a business in need of technical or operational leadership.

  • It should generate between $400,000 and $1,000,000 EBITDA.
  • It should be located in the Western Pennsylvania or Eastern Ohio region.
    ~Preferably within a 2 hour dirive of Grove City, PA
  • We are generally not interested in:
    • food service businesses
    • automotive businesses (gas station, auto dealership, mechanic/oil change shop, etc)
    • trucking/delivery company (FedEx Route, bread delivery, etc)
    • fitness businesses
    • adult/child care businesses
    • eCommerce business
  • Faulcon Holdings' leadership feels they would best be able to effect positive change in a manufacturing or distribution business
  • It should have a diversified and recurring customer base
